Welcome to StasisField (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)! StasisField is developing VR song platform 'Sing Together'. We hope that it will be a time for users to enjoy singing with people all over the world. Make it easy for you to experience by signing a license agreement between StasisField and your company and signing these Terms of Service that you use and specify the service.

We search and play YouTube videos, so we have to comply with YouTube Terms of Services. (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). SingTogether complies with the terms and conditions and provides content.
Infringements notices and counter-notices
A. Infringement Notice
It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page outlines the information required to submit these notices and allows online submission for the fastest response.
StasisField is not responsible for the content of external websites. All video content on the Service is hosted by YouTube. StasisField does not host any videos. If the video is not hosted by StasisField, the most effective way of protecting your rights is to seek removal from the host that is responsible for the content. This in turn will remove the content from the Service.
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any Content or other content infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit StasisField to locate the material;
Information reasonably sufficient to permit StasisField to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail;

B. Counter-Notice
If you believe that Content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to use the content you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled; A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content; and
Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at StasisField sole discretion.
Changes To Our Service
We have the sole discretion to withdraw or modify our services and any services or materials we provide through the Services without notice. We shall not be held liable if any or all of the services are unavailable for any reason at any time or for any period of time. We may occasionally restrict access to some or all of the services to users, including registered users.
Amendments To Terms
We may amend the contract at any time by posting amendments on this Site. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions.
Continuing to use the platform after posting the revised contract means that the user accepts and agrees to the changes. You should be aware that changes are bound because you need to check this page frequently.
Assigment
You may not transfer any rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party without prior written consent of the Company.
We may transfer rights and obligations under these terms and conditions through prior written notice.
Survival
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
